Great food, good location, nice fast service. Teryaki especially good. The japanese curry with katsu chicken was a pleasant surprise.
Add to the bucket list! Dubpop is insane!!! Hefty prices but hefty portions to go with it. Food is top quality and made to order, always fresh and piping hot from the kitchen. Extremely friendly staff and quick service. Go to study break munch down because you'll always have leftovers for later. The ambiance is off the charts with a great playlist always surging through the speakers with music videos to accompany!!
Really really great restaurant nuzzled into the u district ave. Very comfortable seats and great lighting, decor, and the owners and workers are always nice. Sometimes the tv in the main dining area has cringey 2000s music videos playing, sometimes it has lo fi beats of whatever holiday is coming up, you never know. I find that kind of funny every time we go. The outdoor seating is nice too for warm nights. I always get the hot stone bibimbap and it is very tasty. The most recent time I visited I felt as though it was a little heavy on the rice compared to the meat and veggies, but you can't really beat a filling meal for like $16. I love how crispy the rice gets in the hot stone, that's definitely my favorite part and hard to replicate at home. They don't try to usher you out of the restaurant as soon as you are done with your food which I really appreciate. I don't just go out to eat to eat, it's also a nice way to get out of the house and enjoy the company of your friends and loved ones. I feel like this place definitely encourages that. It has some faults to where I can't say it's perfect, but this is a great restaurant to go to with your friends. You need to pick and choose whether you want to leave having spent $15 or $30, as some menu items are pricey, but that's up to you, y'know?
The food was absolutely amazing. THE PORTION WAS HUGE!!! The prices are high but with the amount of food you get it's worth it. They have so many drinks to offer. The place as very clean and comfortable. You can sit and there's open view. Service was really good, the lady at the front was very nice and answered all the questions. This place is so worth it.
Ordered the Katsu Bento and my friend got the Bulgogi, both were really yummy but the Katsu was really dry. The lady at the counter was really sweet and checked on us frequently. Portions were really generous as well.
